Exchange Period

How to Request an Exchange

- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Returns
- Please note that we do not offer refunds once the courier has left your door.
Sale Items
- All sale items must be reviewed and checked upon delivery.
- Sale items can only be returned or exchanged on the spot with the courier present.
- No refunds will be issued for sale items under any circumstances.
Package Review
- Customers are required to inspect their items while the courier is still present to check for any defects, damages, or missing products.
- Once the courier leaves, we cannot accept claims for damages or defects.
Refused Packages
- If you choose not to accept a package for any reason (e.g., sizing issue, change of mind), the shipping fee must still be paid.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
